Terms and Conditions
By entering a Competition through WeWin4u, entrants agree to be bound by the Rules specific to each Competition.
Competition organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
To qualify to join WeWin4u you must be resident in the United Kingdom and at least 18 years of age. Only one member per household is allowed.
Employees of any company involved in the Competition or, if relevant, production of a television programme or publication to which a Competition relates, or any advertising agency or web company connected with the Competition or any such person’s subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the Competition. Competition organisers reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. For this reason it is very important that the information you provide to WeWin4u is accurate.
Additional eligibility requirements may apply to a specific Competition, e.g. a valid passport, visas and/or driver’s licence will be required if the Competition prize includes travel outside the United Kingdom and/or car hire.
By joining WeWin4u, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
WeWin4u assumes that by using its services you warrant that you agree to these Rules and are of sufficient age and mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract.
WeWin4u will attempt to enter every free competition it can locate and where it has the information about the entrant that the competition requires. WeWin4u cannot be held responsible for failing to enter any specific competition.
WeWin4u cannot be held liable for any aspect of competition administration including, but not limited to, the selection and notification of winners, and the delivery of prizes. Those responsibilities lie with the competition organisers.
Competition organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of their terms and conditions. WeWin4u cannot accept responsibility for disqualification based upon their application of their rules. In particular, WeWin4u cannot accept responsibility if a winning entry is withdrawn or rejected for being submitted using an automated system.
Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within the time specified in the Competition Rules. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification within the time stated therein may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The method of notification will vary from competition to competition.
Prizes are awarded at the competition organiser’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
WeWin4u cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. WeWin4u is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in any Competition.
The entrant is responsible for the maintenance of any competition email accounts, free or otherwise, provided to or by WeWin4u. Third party email accounts are subject to their own terms and conditions which can result in their withdrawal if used in breach of those terms. WeWin4u cannot accept responsibility for any loss or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of the withdrawal of a third party email service howsoever caused.
WeWin4u reserve the right to pop round your house when you’re out, have a bit of a tidy up and leave mysteriously, on the third Wednesday of every month. Actually, we won’t do that, but well done on reading this far – pretty much no-one else has.
Payments and Cancellation
The member understands that they are entering into a recurring subscription agreement and we will take a payment every 13 weeks until cancellation.
The member may cancel at any time by email whereupon the balance of the prevailing subscription paid will be refunded, less £1 to cover our card processing fees.
WeWin4u may terminate a membership without notice and will refund 100% of the remaining subscription calculated on a pro-rata basis.
Recommendation Bonuses
We will subtract £6 from your next payment for each new member you recommend. You can do this as many times as you like! The value of the recommendation bonus may change from time to time.
Email Communication
Members agree to receive a monthly email statement and email reminders when their membership period nears the end. A member can opt out of these communications at any time. Should a members ISP determine that our communications are ‘spam’ we reserve the right to withdraw these communications.
Data Protection and Publicity
Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Competition organisers reserve the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.
